 Jim Gavin’s fiction has appeared in The New Yorker, The Paris Review, Zoetrope, Esquire, Slice, The Mississippi Review, andZYZZYVA.  His first collection of short stories is ” Middle Men”. Jim lives in Los Angeles.

Equal parts actor, comic, poet, and motivator Steve Connell has become, over the last few years, a transformative and sought after entertainer with private performances for President Obama, Oprah Winfrey, Maya Angelou, Norman Lear and others. He has created customized work for companies like Sony/Universal, Gap, Petco, Pioneer, Farmers and TEDMED. His performances have been seen on stage, film and tv everywhere from Sundance to the Whitehouse, from the Kennedy Center to the NY Public Theater, on ABC, HBO, MTV, PBS and more. Karen Rizzo has spent a number of years writing non-fiction for magazines and newspapers, mostly about her family and friends.  She’s the author of THINGS TO BRING, SH#!T TO DO… a non-fiction Book Sense/IndieBound Best Pick.  Famous Baby is her debut novel. Said friends and family are relieved she’s writing fiction.

Marsha de la O’s first book of poetry, Black Hope, won the New Issues Press Poetry Prize and a Small Press Editor’s Choice Award. She won the dA Poetry Award. She has published in journals such as Barrow Street, Passages North, Solo, and Third Coast.

Jed Myers lives in Seattle, Washington. Two of his poetry collections, The Nameless (Finishing Line Press) and Watching the Perseids (winner of the 2013 Sacramento Poetry Center Book Award), were released in 2014. He won the 2012 Mary C. Mohr Editors’ Award offered by Southern Indiana Review, and received the 2013 Literal Latte Poetry Award. His poems have appeared or are forthcoming in Prairie Schooner, Nimrod International Journal, Crab Orchard Review, Atlanta Review, The Tusculum Review, Painted Bride Quarterly, Sanskrit, South 85, and elsewhere.

The club is a two story black brick building 1/3 rd of a block below Hollywood Bl. There are parking lots on Selma as well as Cahuenga. Meters need to be fed till 8pm. Avoid Cahuenga street parking. The signs are deceptive.
